We assist aid organizations develop and deliver custom-made training and coaching contents and best practices that enable staff to fulfil their roles with confidence, enhance program results and organizational change. We are developing a capacity development program through which we aim to equip individuals and groups, especially local and Community Based Organisation (CBO) with adequate tools and skills-set, so together with specialized humanitarian actors, they can improve the quality of aid assistance.
